1. General Liability Insurance with per occurrence limit of $2,000,000 and aggregate limits of $5,000,000.
2. Excess Participant Medical Coverage with limits of $100,000 with a $2,500 deductible underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company. This provides medical coverage for injuries arising out of participation in a softball event. This coverage pays for a full two years following the injury/accident.
3. Coverage applies to PGF sanctioned events.
